Everything stays with you
The module installs into your database and runs on your server. Conversations, sessions and customer data never travel to someone else's machine — we don't operate any.
Minimal dependencies
No heavy community framework for the sake of one feature. The Telegram module, for instance, depends on three standard Odoo modules: mail, crm and contacts.
Native Odoo interface
Work happens where your staff already works: Discuss, CRM, the contact form. Not a separate panel they have to learn from scratch.
The author answers
Your email is answered by the person who wrote the code, not by a first support line. One address, before and after the purchase.
